1. Overview & Policy

Mailxify believes in transparency and data minimization. We do not use deceptive "cookie walls," and we do not employ non-essential tracking cookies that require complex consent banners under Applicable Law. We only utilize cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the Service.

Currently, the only cookies deployed by Mailxify are those generated by our authentication framework (Better Auth). These are classified as Strictly Necessary.
